Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BUSY BOUTIQUE. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within .5-7 business days. Once you place your order with Busy Boutique your order should arrive in 1-12 business days. This depends on if your order requires customization or if any item in your order is located at another warehouse. Busy Boutique works with manufacturers located in California and New York. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All winter jackets are on per-order and the period is one week. One-week count from the day the order is placed, and will be shipped out the following week. Order processing time 2-3 business days. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Busy Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. If you notice that the address is wrong after checkout, please email us at imbusyboutique@gmail.com

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of order shipment.

Damages:

Busy Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

Busy Boutique currently does not ship outside of the U.S. but will be offering International Shipping soon.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes:

Busy Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
